Welcome to ORB Group.
Our companies serve very different customers. A garment exporter shipping a container, a family planning a holiday, a patient travelling for treatment and a shopper ordering online all need something different from us. What they share is the expectation that we will do what we promise, on time and at a fair price. Meeting that expectation every day is the most important part of my work.
We run each ORB company with its own specialist team, so every customer deals with people who know their field. At the group level, we make sure those teams share the same standards: clear communication, honest pricing, careful documentation and a quick response when something needs fixing. When a customer needs more than one service, our companies work together so the customer does not have to coordinate between them.
Over the coming years, we will keep investing in technology, training and international partnerships. We are expanding our logistics network, growing our e-commerce reach and building our own perfume and personal care brands. Each step is taken with care, because long term relationships matter more to us than short term gains.
